Famous Fonts in Movies, Films, & Posters
Opening credits of a film can set the tone if they chose the right font and this is why many directors have their favorites. Fonts can be great when it comes to projecting personality or even the tone of a film, they can go far beyond design elements in a poster. A Good example is legend Woody Allen using “Windsor” for every one of his films since Annie Hall or how Wes Anderson clearly likes Futura.
Windsor EF light condensed / Windsor FF-Elongated
Woody Allen often uses Windsor Light Condensed over a black background, Annie Hall and beyond has yet to break his tradition of featuring this font in his opening credits or posters. It seems once you go Windsor, you never go back. He uses (Windsor EF Elongated and Windsor Condensed or for some)
